... but, naively, I didn't expect it to be unanimous.

The Supreme Court has just ruled (not for the first time) that any time a bunch of parasitic nobs jump up and down screeching "national security," the First Amendment goes away.

As for whether TikTok really can be effectually banned, I guess we'll see about that.
