With those numbers in mind, I don't expect to make a killing on ad sales, especially since I plan to limit it to three 200x200 ads at the top of the far right sidebar.
Heck, I'm not even going to mess with a rate card -- let's make a deal, if we can (neo-Nazis and such need not apply; if I don't like you or what you're advertising, no sale ... but I'm pretty easy to get along with).
If you're promoting a product or service, I might be interested in a straight-up trade -- your t-shirt, book, whatever for some agreed upon period of advertising. If I like the product or service after I try it, you might even get a review article in addition to the ad ... but no promises in advance on something like that.
Specifications
The ad is a graphic, 200 x 200 pixels. PNG preferred but not required. Reasonable file size (30k max). You can host, or I can -- no problem either way. Here's a template for your convenience:
